We provide 24 hour on-call service, 7 days per week to ensure that you receive adequate care. A qualified staff member is on-call to accept member calls, referrals for service and to arrange service for member emergencies as needed.

We understand that everybody has different needs and personalities. That is why each caregiver is carefully screened and selected based on their compatibility with a particular member. After being matched to the members’ satisfaction, the caregiver is trained to provide for the needs of that person. From extensive background checks and a careful screening process, to ongoing training and continuing education, Hands On In-Home Care, LLC strives to offer the very best possible care for any specific individual or situation. All Hands On In-Home Care, LLC personnel are bonded and insured to protect our members and their families.
We begin by reviewing your needs through discussions with involved family members; when necessary we consult with the care recipients physician(s), social workers, hospitals or nursing home staff.
Next, working in cooperation with member and family, we develop an individualized program to manage your daily needs. After matching up a new member to the person that we feel will be their most appropriate caregiver, the caregiver is then introduced to you in your home, so that you too might participate in the selection process.
After the companion has been placed in your home, we continue our unique system of continued personalized contacts through telephone check-ins and home visits. Most important, we continually communicate with the caregiver who is providing care to you and your family.
